Our delivery charges are based on your city. 

• In Islamabad and Rawalpindi, the shipping cost is Rs. 250. 
• For Lahore and Karachi, it’s Rs. 300. 
• For all other cities and towns across Pakistan, we apply a standard delivery charge of Rs. 300. 

These rates are fixed and help cover packaging, courier, and logistics costs. We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order. The charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery times depend on your location. For domestic orders, you can expect delivery within 3-7 business days. International orders may take up to 14 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is shipped.

We take great care in packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will assist you in resolving the issue, either through a replacement or a refund.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website.
